Wanted to listing to sanction today so when I add the NYCICN to my list nothing happened I tried too look at it but it seems like there are no frequency's listed in the group just id's or am I not look at this the right way, thanks in advance

Not nearly enough info provided for anyone to help you. What model scanner? What software is being used? How did you add the system and what "list" are you referring to?

sds100 sentinel when looking in database there are no freqs listed in NYCICN or is there another place for sanitation

NYCICN is a P25 trunked system. In order to listen to Sanitation, you must set the system up as P25 Trunk, importing all of the control channels and talkgroups.

Use the Sentinel software to append the system to a favorites list. Avoid the departments/talkgroups you don't wish to hear.

ok I deleted and redid the list now it works don't know what happen the first time thanks for help
