I heard Oakhurst FD on RMA-2A asking Tulsa 911 for PSO and they said they couldn't help them. When did Oakhurst get 800?

All volunteer fire departments in Tulsa County were given an 800 radio by TAEMA a few years ago and then EMSA also gave one radio out to those that first respond for EMSA. All of these radios have the RMA and SMA channels in them for EMERGENCY USE ONLY! Oakhurst uses Tulsa as their dispatchers when they are not. Oakhurst gets on there all the time to let Tulsa know they are "on scene" or "clear" or requesting utility services. Someone needs to let Oakhurst know what the intent of those radios are for and when they need to use RMA and when NOT to use RMA.
