I cannot answer your question difinitively, but I can tell you that we woke up one Sept morning 3-4 years ago when we stayed the weekend to their helo and other units on the beach 1/2 block away and heard them when I just punched up the Marine band search.

The CG uses the VHF-FM Marine channels listed below. I go to OC a few times a year to visit my bother, but don't remember the ones that Station OC and Sector Hampton Roads use. I almost sure it is channels 21A and 23A. These CG working VHF-FM marine channels are used nationwide, but rotate, so as not to interfere with adjacent Sectors.
ch 21A 157.050 Mhz
ch 23A 157.150 Mhz
ch 83A 1570175 Mhz

I would also urge anyone near a USCG Station/Sector to also search the
162-174 Mhz band as well, as much of the LE traffic has moved to P-25
on those channels, formerly called LANT, now reffered to as CG-xx

Sector Boston uses 162.0500 Mhz CG-08

Dug this link out of an old list that I have. May be helpful - & seems to suggest that 23 is the primary channel for USCG down there.

When the National Aquarium in Baltimore recently released its Seal in OC, I was the Liasion to the USCG and we used 23A for Comms with the Cutter off shore.

I think they also use quite a few UHF MilAir freqs up around 260 and 380.

The Only time the UHF is used, appears to be during HELO Ops, haven't heard any of the UHF Air Band used from a Cutter, only Air-Air Ops

Not sure about Ocean City but I know that when I've been down in the Outer Banks of NC I saw several CG helos but didn't see any of their boats. Their helos went up and down the shoreline several times.

This past week from Rehoboth Beach, DE, I heard a Coast Guard Aircraft rebroadcasting the NOAA Wx Radio offshore waters forecast from Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon on Channel 23. I didin't think to write down the aircraft ID#.

The Delware Bay pilots use ch 14 extensively to coordinate gettting pilots to ships entering the Delaware Bay. I don't know if you would hear them in OC or not.
