Ocean County Fire Zone?

Does anyone have a list of what stations primarily use each fire zone when signing on? I understand that they can use any talkgroup but which is their primary one? thanks

Departments that currently use each Fire Zone Talkgroup when signing on:


Fire Zone 1: Berkeley Township (Stations 17,18,20),Beachwood (Station 16),Pine Beach (Station 38 ),Ocean Gate (Station 37),Island Heights (Station 53),Lavallette (Station 69).


Fire Zone 2: Stafford Township (Station 47),Warren Grove (Station 18 )Eagleswood Township (Station 52),Tuckerton & West Tuckerton (Stations 50,71),Little Egg Harbor (Station 72),Parkertown (Station 70).


Fire Zone 3: None are assigned to this talkgroup but departments will use this zone when theres another call on their normal talkgroup.

Fire Zone 4: Plumstead Township (New Egypt) (Station 39)

Fire Zone 5: Lacey Township (Stations 59,60,61) Ocean Township (Station 36) Barnegat Township (Station 11)



Departments that are still on Low band that will switch to UHF in the future: Manchester Township (Stations 32,34) Whiting (Station 33) Seaside Heights (Station 44) Seaside Park (Station 45) Lakehurst (Station 62) Navy Lakehurst (Station 63)

You are right there were probaly more but if you look at the thread it said "As of 20th April 2005." At that time there were only those listed on the TRS.

You also forgot to put Station #85. They were the first to use the TRS in the county.

Yeah but they're still dispatched on Low Band for some reason.
