Anyone know what Ohio Leern talkgroups are "ACTIVE" other then post 25 at this time??

Probably all of them, but they're only going to be active on an as needed basis.

LEERN 25B is active frequently as it is crosspatched to 154.935 MHz full time (Columbus being the state capital) and handles broadcasts regularly.

I suspect that the other talkgroups are crosspatch-capable through the Post console; however, the patch very likely is only used as needed, since nearly all of the sites outside Columbus have only a few channels; full-time crosspatches to VHF LEERN would tie up channels too often and cause loading problems at those sites.
