I have about 15 scanners or HF receivers. If you really want to see a layout, check my buddy Al Stern at

http://hometown.aol.com/scanaddict/index.html

he has about 50, nice pictures of his shack.
Looks like some people should start helping us poor radio people out. I'm soooooo in need.
One 2meter handheld Yeasu VX170
handheld scanner Pro97
2 meter mobile for base use Kenwood TM-261a
Base scanner Uniden BC785D
2 meter mobile for mobile use Icom V8000

and can't afford any radio right now. it's a shame cause i need $400 for a new radio just so i can hear the KHP (KS hiway patrol) now as it's on the new digital trunk system.

on a 136-150 unit the VCO will start to unlock ~157 IIRC...

the biggest stretch I could make on mine, was 142-168, and even THEN, I was getting sporadic unlocks at the fringe....

I know my 136-150.8 does RX well all the way to 159.960, don't have it TXing anywhere that hi though. It is the perfect split for 2mtr :D

Well

I will a little small compared to everyone else when it comes to scanners but

as of now I only own the

Uniden BR330T

and Uniden BCT15.

I just started a few months ago, really into scanner but I plan on getting more in depth with it, and maybe I will have other scanners later on, but where I live their isn't much that you need a bunch of scanners for. Cambria County, PA.
