OKC Scanner Meeting - January 2008

Well, it's the month of January already and I haven't seen a post yet for the monthly meeting.

What side of town is this month? Last meeting was a West.

Possible dates: 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, or 30th. Are Wednesday nights still ok with everyone, or are Tuesdays looking better?

Now that the ice storm is over, Midwest City is open for business. Anybody interested in Chinese surprise? AFIK, all JAN dates are good for me.

Did I miss something the last 5 or 6 months? Did you guys go to all the other places that DID NOT serve Chinese? I was just wondering...

16th is fine...and I am sure Chinese will work just fine too. It has aactually been a while since I have had any Asian rations, and the wife would be happy with it too.

btw ~ Anybody have thoughts on whether MA-Com has a 7-year patent on Pro-Voice ?
If so ... then maybe down here in San Antonio, TX we shall be "hearing" again
in 3 more years of so ... OK, some please tell me if I'm just dreaming or what ?
If not the patent expiring ... my other hero could be "rebanding" riding into town
in the form of another big fat federal grant and poof - we then go APCO-25
like we should have done the 1st time around back on 3/21/2004 ! Grrrrr ....

Have to try to catch you next month got home late from work today and totally forgot about there even being a meeting tonight until I got on the computer just now. Hope to catch everyone next month hopefully things will be better then and not so crazy.
