I know I cant listen to OKCFD because of provoice. I see in here and other sites you can at least listen to the Alerts, If so how and what freq? any help would be awsome.

You can program the talkgroup into your scanner and see what you get:

And what you'll get is ... the alert tone (noise-maker not SELCAL or anything). No Mo Voice.

There is a list around of the I-Call numbers for the stations so you can see which stations are dispatched ... if you're lucky.

Iam sorry I am new to the scanning world I dont understand what you mean by radio ID's not even sure I know how to work EDACS correctly.
