Okeechobee County VHF

I was just scanning various VHF/UHF frequencies from East Central Lakeland and picked up 154.220 with a P/L of 179.9
I heard a Fire Dispatch about a robbery at Walmart after research found it to be coming from Okeechobee County same P/L tone as listed in RR database I am receiving it Full scale extremely loud Its Pagers Only

I hear repeaters from all over the state when I'm headed to work early in the morning...

that's true see a post on FB where 40 meters was wide open this morning & a couple of days ago it was dead
I love mother nature the internet is 24/7 no fun in that
