This system has always confused me -- wondering if anyone could help?
You will often hear a record called in with about 30 or 40 citations to their record
and then dispatch will say "current point level zero."
I guess it must be calculating only --recent events-- in your history (?)
Also, I was shocked to know that (at least the OHP) can call your record back even into the 1980's
I've heard many of these...... I always thought they held it for 7 years and then
gave you a blank slate of sorts----so if you were speeding in 1984 it may be on a record.
