OKWIN Question

I'm tinkering around watching the OKWIN system do it's thing. Noticed an odd difference between OP25 and Pro96. Referencing just the Tulsa(061) site. OP25 decodes well and identifies the TRS as Phase I. Pro96 on the same site via BCD396XT indicates Phase II.




Granted, this 396xt is complete trash in simulcast. I'm approximately 6mi from the easternmost simulcast site on Station 27's tower (assuming it's still there). OP25 decodes like a champ so no issues hearing anything. Just curious why the difference in system data between the two software packages.

EDIT: Made some esthetic changes to Pro96 and restarted program. Now decodes same site as OP25: Phase I. Very weird. I assume since the band plan includes FDMA and TDMA, the system is mixed.

As far as I know nobody has yet reported any phase 2 talkgroups.
The CC data on some of the sites indicates phase 2 capablility.

Makes sense as to why the CC may report P2. Thanks for the info!
