...tonights SW Radiogram had segments that transmitted in Olivia 32-2000 and 64-2000...using AndFLdigi I was able to receive a good strong signal from WINB on 9265khz, but could not decode from what I guess was the problem of not being able to locate the modem center frequency?...can anyone help?...any tips or suggestions?...this was my first time hearing and attempting an Olivia decode... Thanks!👍

I believe USB, you tune down by 1.9 KHz. FLDigi, in the spectrum display,tune until both spikes are inside of the sample bandwidth.
Be sure you have the right Olivia subcategory selected. That sets the sample bandwidth.
9265khz may decode jibberish if this is encrypted Mil frequency.
