I realize it is quite a few years down the road... I'm wondering if there is a more up to date version of this or if you ever found out what those other talkgroup id's were.

The line up has changed a lot. Channels were shuffled around and new encrypted talk groups were added last March when OPD got their APX radios.
I'll post the new line up once I find the file
