The other problem is feeds come and go almost daily so it's very difficult to keep the lists accurate and current.
But Jason does an excellent job with his checking and removing dead links frequently. I would highly recommend www.scannerfeeds.us

www.incidentbroadcast.com has many PA and NY feeds - plus an
assortment of feeds from across the USA & Canada - approx 30 or 40
feeds overall - TeamSpeak is used
www.scannerbuff.net has approx 1 dozen California feeds - TeamSpeak is used
shoutcast has approx 150 feeds from around the world - there are
railroad feeds on here
www.mattlogic.com has approx 30 feeds from California
www.publicsafetyfeeds.com has ?MP3 conversions of some of the
TeamSpeak feeds? (I think that is the story)
www.firefeeds.com has approx 30 feeds of fire agencies - this is a
subsciption service - all of the other sites are free
www.LiveATC.net has aviation scanner feeds
