Ontario Hydro helicopter

I was at a bush/grass fire today.It was under the 220000 volt hydro lines and a helicopter that was following the hyro lines stop and circle around use for about 20 mins. any idea what frequency they might be on.we were located in a area that the helicopter had no LZ around

where abouts in the province?

you can expect the helicopter would be on the local low altitude freq for aircraft in the area. Also they might have a lowband Hydro radio
