Ontario Int'l Airport on Sys-9 Now ?

Noticed around the 2d of March that OIA is on system 9 now. Confirmed the following over the last month and submitted updates.

18224 PD 1 Dispatch
18256 PD 2 Supervisors
18288 PD 3 Car to Car
18320 PD 4 Tactical
18352 PD 5
18448 FD Crash Phone (Redphone): 9 beeps then "Daily Redphone Test" (3PM)
18480 FD 1 Dispatch (OIAFD-1)
18512 FD 2 Tactical (OIAFD-2)
18576 Operations
18608 Maintenance 2
18640 Maintenance 1 "Control", "Maintenance Base"
18672 Tac-2

Has this not been the case for some time ?

The Db already list the airport in system-9 with the exact same TGs. There have been no Db changes over the last 6-mos.
