OP25 OP25 locking up

I am running Boatbod's OP25 multirx. Sometimes, it'll run for weeks; other times, it'll lock up in an hour or even a few minutes. I've attached the multiderr.2 file.
Does anyone have insight as to what is going on here?
Do you need any other information to get to the bottom of this?

I don't see the log attachment, but one very common reason for a lock-up is intermittent failure of the RTL device, e.g. due to connector wobble or inadequate power supply (on RPI particularly).

I had to go in and pull out parts; it's a 10-meg file. I have the first lines, then when I see the error, then the last part.

I also included the entire file, zipped.

I am running this on an Inovato Quadra with a Nooelec SDR plugged directly into the board.

Dongle failures. Could be transient (power related, bad connection, etc as previously mentioned) or could be ready to give up the ghost and die.

The app definitely lost contact with the hardware. If you look at "dmesg" you'll probably see the usb disconnect

I am trying a new dongle, should rule out the Quadra if it is stable. Thanks for the info
