I just mounted a new OPEK HVT-600 ANTENNA on my suv. I set it at 1620 mm (62-3/4") and did not plug in the jumper cable. I set the Icom IC-706MKIIG for 3910 mhz. The swr on the radio shows infinite swr. Without changing anything, all the other bands show below 3 swr. I am befuddled. HELP! I also connected a 1" flat ground strap from the antennas so-239 connector to the vehicle ground.
