Open carrier on SPEN 1

There's been an open carrier on SPEN 1 since early this morning. Anyone hearing it full strength? Pretty strong in Hoboken; looked like it was mobile.

Hi guys oh, yes I noticed the open carrier, I'm in the Trentton area but I have a very optimal vhf High receiving antenna.

As with any open carrier you just wait it out unless you're directly involved in this system and are able to track them down and get them to knock it off.

I remember some old Micor base stations transmitting continuously without any audio due to some internal fault. We had it happen to our 155.340 base at REMCS and it desensed 155.400, our main dispatch channel. Another time it was a base station on .400 up in Westchester County, NY, that drove us nuts.
