Open Sky Scanning

Can anyone advise if it is possible to scan public safety agencies utilizing the Opebn Sky system using a Radio Shack PRO-96 scanner? Thanks.

Not with a Pro 96 or any kind of scanner.

there is no scanner made as of this date and most likely never will be a scanner made that can receive or track OPEN-SKY so we are all out of luck
