OPP Prisonor

Does anyone know what talkgroup the OPP prisonor vans are under in the RR database.

I believe they just use a common SIM channel..

Used to hear them on the wide area talkgroups, don't know if that's changed.

Yup, still on the Wide Area channels such as 1Barrie, 1GTR, etc.

Often they will show up on the "local" OPP talkgroup in less populated areas.

Not very often as the local talkgroups are limited in coverage and aren't carried through all the areas that the Prisoner Vans travel through. That's why they use the Wide Area Talkgroups.
