ORION Phase 2?

I picked up talkgroup 1357 using TDMA with slot 0 on my 436hp. Is ORION phase II?

Also picked up 1340 using TDMA.

Then it must be.

Keep in mind that if a Phase 1 radio affiliates with the system, it will operate as Phase 1.

I think 1357 is a waste management channel. I guess they switched public works to digital.

You are correct The newer Tg are Phase II and they have taken some of the channels from the old legacy system

I have been adding new talks groups as I hear them, they must have changed some public works and utilities designations they are referring to then as channel numbers not use
