Osceola Automated Dispatch question

Just started listening to the Osceola Broadcastify page. It monitors County fire dispatch, Kissimmee Fire Dispatch and St Cloud Fire Dispatch. All 3 have automated dispatches. There is a distinct cadence difference in the female voices. One is clearly Phoenix G2's Samantha, however the other sounds similar but slower. Would anyone have a breakout of which location is using which system? Thanks

I'm guessing these are the station numbers to identify which is being dispatched, that will help also. More looking for a technical answer as to which system each dispatch is using. Mach Alert vs Phoenix G2..... TIA
