My boyfriend is a firefighter with Luray VFD and my sister got him a scanner for Christmas, I have all of the codes in the scanner. All I can get is the weather, can someone help me see if I am doing something wrong.

According to the database, Luray FD is on 460.4000 - is that what you programmed in the scanner?
