I got the frequencies in a ED format with the talker groups and im in trunking mode.
Before every channel closes there are 5 beeps, then the channel closes out and continues to scan.
How do I get rid of that beeping? Is there something im not setting up right?

Im using a Uniden BCT8.

You either have a wrong LCN configuration or have a reception issue. The frequencies need to be in order and you must have a good signal on ALL of the frequencies in the system to avoid the beeps.

Make sure LCN 1 is programmed in channel 1 (i.e. 001), LCN 2 is in channel 2 (002), etc.
