P-25 programing

Escambia County Florida will be switching to a UHF P-25 system in a couple of weeks.
One of their new frequencies is;

453.27500 RM B17 NAC

I don't own a digital yet, but I would assume the B17 NAC needs to be programed like a PL?

That is correct. NAC is the P25 conventional equivalent to CTCSS/DCS for analog.
