P25 trunking

I have a p25 program system in my scanner and on Broadcastfiy I have heard this buzz sound at the First of the Tranmessions I am wondering how can I get that on my scanner

After about 50 PM's we finally figured out he is hearing a "buzz" at the beginning of transmissions from Broadcastify on a Montreal live feed. He wants to program his scanner to "hear" that buzz. He is not trying to hear the raw control channel or digital voice sound.

I don't think there's any way to unless it's actually an alert tone of some sort.
