Wow... I have not seen a uucp reference in a long time, probably 20 years.

ill do the sameIf someone is able to test version 2021-07-14_1617 on a P2 system, I would appreciate it.
Working fine here. My version is 'V'.
Can you explain what to look for. MCU? Is this the processor? What are the potential benefits?
Thanks for the quick reply. I will continue testing here on P2. Currently working fine at 480 for me as well. I will try 400, but not being the Y variant it may not be of help to you.Yes, (micro controller unit). The benefit may be more stable operation at 400 MHz for Y variant devices. It is working well here for P1 at 400 MHz, I don't have P2 available to test on.
There are two versions of the MCU out there. Yesterday, I found that the last batch I was able to purchase in January is the Y variant. For those that don't know, it is nearly impossible to buy many MCU parts right now due to hoarding shortages. The Y and V variants both have exactly the same part number. The Y variant is only guaranteed to work up to 400 MHz.what does V mean, am i missing something
Yes, it would help to know that P2 works fine at 400 MHz (even on the V variant). Thanks for the quick reply. I will continue testing here on P2. Currently working fine at 480 for me as well. I will try 400, but not being the Y variant it may not be of help to you.
Thanks. I assume it also worked ok on P2 running at 400 MHz for you?runs fine at 480 on a V unit
When you set/unset the option in the advanced tab, the command that is issued during <write config> is 'clk_480 0' or 'clk_480 1'. Example to switch to 480 manually using the console:Reboot after reboot and saving of the advanced settings, my "V" version still shows that it is running at 400 MHz at the console. Any idea why it's not changing?
