Anyone know where i could get a P7100ip programmed in honolulu, beside Harris? Since Honolulu is EDACS with provoice, do i need a provoice radio for the analog talkgroups? I need the radio read because the feature list in not enabled on this radio.

The last I checked, Harris is very controling of the newer software and it is for dealers only, so you will have to go to the local dealer for any programing.

If the system has provoice, then yes you need a radio with that ablity.

The radio was last programmed with ProGrammer R19. If you intend on using R18, which is what most hobbyist use, you'll need to roll it back. The flash version is very outdated, the last release for use with ProGrammer is J2R11C02. The DSP version, also indicates that it is a early verison (prior to Mar 2005) of the P7100ip. Not an issue at all if ProVoice is the only enhanced feature your after. Just a FYI, the radio supports P25 conventional but not P25 trunking. You will need look at the features enabled in the radio to determine if ProVoice is active. If your radio incluedes #29 in the feature list, youre good to go, if not, game over.
