Does anyone know if PSP is currently encrypted? If not, then is the system scannable using database info?

PSP is fully encrypted no scanner will be able to listen
Been that way for what, 20 years now? Between the former OpenSky system & the current PA-STARNet. Pro tip for the OP: Anything listed on the system as mode "TE" is fully encrypted. Only mode "T" talkgroups can be scanned, none of them PSP
