The FCC granted the City of Parkersburg's application for two new frequencies on their LTR system on 1/24/2007. (I guess we all know why...) But nobody's posted anything here about any changes to the LCN arrangement, talkgroups, etc. Can someone in PKB confirm that these new freqs have been added and what the new system layout is? Thanks.
