Just throwing out the only possibilities. It had to be one of the above scenarios as far as the Harmony Twp traffic. Plus, if it was only one transmission, and no further conversation was heard, then maybe the Harmony unit was on MARCS directly, and was on the wrong channel. That happens too. At that point, it could have pulled that TG onto a site near them for a while.
Derp-I didn't bother to look earlier-Morrow County was mentioned, and that's just down the road a bit, well north of Columbus. If the two share a channel, or if they happen to have something programmed in their radios for some reason (I've seen crazier programming), then propagation could easily have made it that far. Easily.
