The only reason that they were operating in analog on Saturday was because Police HQ was down and they were working out of OEM and other dispatching sites. Im pretty sure that only HQ is capable of transmitting the digitial sequence at this time.
As far as the DPW goes unless they are cross-patching the DPW onto the new frequency, i dont think its parsippany DPW. None of the township vechicles have new radios or have any plans to get them.
