Sad news indeed Theresa, my condolences. JD and I thought alike on many topics and I always enjoyed his posts here on RR. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help others. May he rest in peace. You take care of yourself.

My condolences to you and your family. I didn't personally know him, but I can tell he was a very good person. Please know that he was obviously very well liked and known here on RadioReference, and the whole community will be keeping you and your family in our thoughts.

O boy does this name ever open up some old memories. If it's the same guy from Dunedin Florida.

It is. He was the guitarist for the John Lee Walker Band. A Rock Star.

To add to my comments in post 2, I'm deeply saddened and very sorry for the loss to his family. He will be missed in this community.

I read a few of his posts while lurking what a great guy. I never talked to him but when someone in any hobby community is lost it hurts like heck. Prayers for the Haurys.
