There is a frequency listed in the database (161.04) for PATH PD. Is this the frequency that is used by the cops inside the PATH train stations and on trains?

Are there repeaters for the portable units? I can only hear the dispatcher on this frequency (I live close to the Newport/Pavonia station).

Not sure about repeaters, but it's always been that way. Unless you are extremely close to a transmitting portable unit or in a station all you are going to hear is dispatch.
