Signal strength consistent ? All RIDs show the same signal strength when active ?
And was signal strength strong or weak ?

165.4875 N301 was a simplex frequency used by the check point booths to talk to the Office located above them. I can add it back in but it isnt very busy especially since they added a low power repeater for the warehouse and truck scanners.

Based on the above two posts from BTFire21 and Saint, I would now believe the 165.4875 Marcy is hearing is local in the New York area.
Perhaps a new /temporary repeater set up at Kennedy for inspections during the holidays or even perhaps for New York City with New Year's Eve approaching.

My notes are "old" so your data is from the digital age where mine was analog. 165.4875 was PL 100.0 So you can see the age of the data.

I am mid 40's and I still have all the old Analog Fed info also lol. Stuck in a tote with my Secret Frequencis by Tom Knetial book.
