Anybody know the PennDot 800 MHz frequencies for the Erie County, PA area?

Doesn't matter what they are...Pennsylvania's statewide 800MHz network cannot be scanned. It uses protocols (both for trunking and voice) that are not compatible with scanners. Even if you punch in the frequencies, all you will hear is noise.
