Philadelphia Project 25 channels

Does anyone know what the Philadelphia Project 25 channel Sites 101-110 with a talk group called "radio maintenance" are in radio reference webservice? I use ARC-XT to download frequencys to my 396XT. Sites 103 and 104 are the only ones that actually have frequencys assoc. with them. I was having scanning issues with Phila County only and was wondering if that may be the problem.

Thanks. I will remove it from my scanner. I don't believe that my 396XT will support it.

Do not download that system as your scanner will not support it. The system has been added to the database for reference and information gathering support. It is NOT a live production system at this time.
