Federal Protective Service in Philadelphia has changed their repeater to 409.400, PL 103.5. 413.875 is silent.

Jeff, have you (anyone) ever heard anything the least bit exciting on their frequency? I haven't.

What a waste of bandwitdth. How many times can you listen to the dispatcher replying, "(unit) xyz, go with your message"? A simple xyz response would suffice.

Most of the transmissions I've heard are radio checks or 'goodnight' messages.

Thanks Jeff,
I locked out 418 a long time ago as FPS is just not my cup of tea. I'll make a note in my log, unlock the 418 freq in a couple systems I have programmed and see if someone else jumps on board.
Thanks for the update,
Dave

I don't normally listen to the FPS, like you guys said, it's boring. And I hope the government's not broke, I work for them.

Haven't listened to them in a long while, so I gave it a whirl.

Mobile units are calling PMC. Haven't heard that before. What does it stand for?
