Philly protesters using baofeng radios

I saw a video a few weeks ago where Palestinian protesters were using baofeng uv5r radios for comms.
Those radios operate on FM VHF 136MHz to 174MHz; FM UHF 400MHz to 480MHz, with newer units going to 512MHz.
Anyone in the area have time to do a close call or freq counter search for freq(s) usage?

Unless they are on Family Service Frequencies they are most likely interfering with a Licensed User and you will never find them so nothing will ever be done that is the sad thing plus most would never understand what they are saying.

I would think, if they did their homework, they would find an unused freq(s) to talk on. There are plenty of open freqs from 136 to 144MHz, 400 to 440MHz, 480 to 500MHz to mention a few. I don't care if anything is done to them; just interested in what freq(s) they are using. They might just be using some of the test freqs programmed in the channels.
