Based on archives over the last month, it seems like TG 365 (listed as PWD Common) is being used for ops at a treatment plant. I'm leaning toward Baxter drinking water plant in the NE, but not 100%. Anybody have thoughts or more info on PWD talkgroup changes?

Belmont and Queen Lane have ID'd talkgroups, as does SWWPCP. Missing are Baxter, NEWPCP, and SEWPCP.
633 is likely one of the two wastewater plants. 365 might be Baxter. Anybody note any treatment plant type activity on other talkgroups?

It would be nice if we could get the Calls ingest to start collecting more unknown talkgroups like 579, 583, 585, 587, 633, 635, etc. Anybody know who is operating the feeds? I can't really pick up Phily well from my location, so can only listen when I wander closer to town and actually have the time to devote to logging while mobile, which isn't often.

579 has been very busy. Have heard reference to "channel 2", "filter gallery", and "Queen Lane gate" which would lead me to believe this is a second channel for the Queen Lane Water Treatment Plant. Will update DB.

@jlutz33 any chance you could add TG 565 to the Calls ingest? Currently, PWD Queen Lane is listed as using TG 367 (Ch 1) and TG 579 (Ch 2). However, based on recent listening, I think 579 may now be the main channel and 565 may be an alternate channel for Queen Lane. Some RIDS have been seen on both 579 and 565. Drinking water and wastewater personnel and radios don't usually cross over, so I am thinking 565 may be another channel for Queen Lane. TG 367 hasn't shown up on Calls since mid June. I've not seen it in intermittent monitoring on a G5.

It is on now. I had it in my TG list but did not have it set to stream.

Based on the Calls logging for RIDs, it would appear that most RIDs showing up on TG 367 also show up on TG 365 (but not other talkgroups). This would lead me to believe that 367 is actually the Channel 2 for Baxter. If that is the case, then 579 could be Ch 1 for Queen Lane instead of Ch 2 since it is so busy. I have not found another talkgroup that would be busy like the other primary treatment plant talkgoups that have been ID'd so far. Of course, if 579 is Queen Lane 1, then would still need to ID a Ch 2 for that plant.

Still have 581, 583, 585, 587, and 589 as unconfirmed PWD talkgroups.

@jlutz33 can TG's 581 and 585 get added to the Calls feed? I've ID'd multiple PGW and PWD talkgroups recently just by going back through the archives to listen to audio and compare RIDs. Thanks for the help.

I also don't think all of the PGW 800 series TGs are being caught. 801-837 should all be PGW, but we have not ID'd 801,803, 811, 813, 819, 821, 823, 825, 827, 829, 833, or 835.

813, 823, and 835 have been seen active by others. I'm not sure about the other talkgroups in that range.

We moved and I'm still in the process of setting up my antennas and recording scanners.

Before I set up my Philly recordings again, I was wondering if the information that I was posting and entering into the Wiki, was helping in any way to figure out the unknown talkgroups?

If not, please let me know. Thanks.

I've been comparing RIDs listed in the wiki to stuff captured by the Calls ingest and stuff I could sometimes receive on my G5. Seeing the RIDs helps delineate relationships.

Thanks Ben!

I was trying to figure out if adding the RIDs & cross-checking the RIDs & TGIDs was helpful in identifying the unknowns.

I'll get it set back up as soon as I can, so I can keep updating the Wiki.

Also, I'll listen more carefully to the recordings to see if it helps in the identifying process.
