phonetic alphabet

does anybody know what the phonetic alphabet is that Florida police use? Cause some departments in different states use different ones.. I thin,

There isn't any standard phonetics used within Florida. It varies from department to department. Same thing with signal and ten codes. The department I worked for used a variation of the old ARRL phonetics (adam, baker, cooper) and the department next door uses NATO (alpha, bravo, charlie). I've found that many departments use NATO however.

Never heard of "cooper" before. I thought it was either:

Adam, Boy, Charles,
Adam Baker, Charles, or
Alpha, Bravo, Charlie.
