Is this the same type of vehicle that Warren just got as well?

Warren sent their new vehicle, whatever it was, out to Capac last week during the standoff for the entry teams to use. I was told that the SWAT team used it to make entry to the suspect's house.

Mike is that the replacement for the old War Wagon's?

No, the GPV Marshall is not a replacement for the peacekeeper war wagons. Apparently the state is looking at the Marshall's little brother, the "sergeant," to replace the peacekeeper armored vehicles. The Marshall can push 70mph, is fully armored, and has an overpressure system to keep out the chemical, biological, and radioactive nasties.

The "sergeant" is the smaller version of the "Marshall," and was the model Warren brought to the Capac shooting last week. Several "sergeants" (including the Warren ride) were recently purchased in a cooperative grant effort between the Feds, the State, and the locals and placed in key locations around Metro Detroit. They are for the use of any agency that requests them.

Thats cool Mike.

GPV makes nice looking machines. Ive been to their plant a few times and it's quite impressive.

They had a nice display at the Ferndale Emergency Vehicle Show.

I bet if they park that big boy out front the Hometown America Park (Old Chatau Anchor Bay) that the nonstop BS calls from there might stop. Don't you think Mike ;)

MSP Regional Response Team Vehicles

Pictured is one of MSP's regional response team vehicles. The state police has deployed nine of them across the state as part of the Regional Response Team Network (RRTN). They are designed to provide a quick response capability to CBRNE/WMD/terrorism incidents.

I believe they are attached to the bomb squad.
