Phx PD making arrest?

I heard that PPD are now making arrests downtown. I have Central and the Chase talk groups on but not hearing anything. Are there TAC TGs they use?

PD is H deck 6 and Fire is on H deck 12 both are encrypted. MCSO is working off of east TAC for the protests and keeping west TAC open for emergencies.
