This info is in the Southwest Frequency Directory which was last published in 2009 I believe. If you can get your hands on one of these, these is a lot of good info like this that is just not published anywhere else. It is quite dated in terms of frequencies and talkgroups published, but still has a lot of great info like this which is still relevant today.

Yeah I was hoping they would make a more recent version of it for the past couple years now. Sad to see it go, it was like the VHF/UHF version of the WRTH used for shortwave listening.

I had the info in my files but couldn't remember where it came from. I still have the old directory but it never dawned on me that's where it was from.
