Got a RID of 6502646 earlier this morning, a Pierce County Deputy speaking with NSP Norfolk about a report of a motorist driving at high speed north of Pierce. This may be a NSP Console at the Pierce SO PSAP.

This would lead me up to perhaps RID 6505852, may also be Stanton County SO/Norfolk PD (Dispatched out of the same 911 PSAP) console to talk/listen to NSP?

But the question is, 6502646 and 6505852 were paired to TG 3124, which is grouped with NDOR talkgroups. Is there another talkgroup change occurring?

I'm still catching Pierce on my feed on the VHF, so maybe it's just an interop channel for NSP. Since I have no digital scanner at my disposal, I can't say for sure, but I know Pierce is still using the VHF.

Maybe PCSO put a control station on NWIN and patched the PSCO VHF Conventional to an NWIN talkgroup?

Pierce county might have P25 radio to communicate directly with NSP

They can't do it as of now

Maybe it got recycled and could be a calling channel
