Pilot was flying solo. It was a King Air. He was on approach to the airport and lost both engines. No fuel? Bad fuel? Pilot error? Reports of lines down in area may indicate why road is closed, plus the scene will be secured until the NTSB is done investigating. He walked away from it so it wasn't such a bad landing after all.

Ohp. Tulsa Co, and Owasso were there as well as some Tpd unoffiicially.
I was there that was one lucky pilot. Apparently both engines quit short of the runway. Funny I did not notice any fuel on the ground..none. The road will remain closed until tomorrow when the NTSB arrives. There were no visible down powere lines but one local resident did report a short outage.
