A friend of mine from our paging days asked for ideas on how to help his buddy's shop losing SMR business to PoC units.
He asked about Hytera since I was dealer about 4 years ago.
I don't have access to the dealer portal so all I know about their Halo service is what I read from sales brochures.
I suspect half of you guys are working for govt or multi shop systems like Bearcom and MCA, are you guys with a smaller business size seeing loss of income?
How are you working to offset that or do you also sell PoC?
