Friends, why I can't listen p25 when I try setting apco control channel in app ver.+10 and +11? I see groups, uids, voice channels of site but no voice. If I entering frequency of the site voice channel in Quick Scan, I can hear voice.

First, update to the newest version, as this is a work in progress versions change frequently. Secondly, since it is working for the majority of us my first guess is there is an issue with your system set up. Maybe if you share the system, and possibly a screen shoot of how it is entered in the app, with us we can look at it for you but without that it is really hard to figure out what the issue is.

I am running p1. When I load in my site from rr it starts to scan and works great. After awhile it starts to go to the backup control channels and stops receiving, the TSBK freezes. I have to shut down the app and restart. I am using a outdoor antenna, it's not a signal problem. When I input the control channel in Quick Scan it works no problem. I am using n3 which I switched out with another n3 no change same problem. I am using +13. Also I changed the gain and it just defaults to 48. You are doing a great job. Thanks

Could've swore I had gain fixed, I'll look again. Thanks for the report.
I'll have to change how I 'lock' on a channel to keep it from switching back into control channel searching.
I've seen what you're describing before but thought it was just a signal issue on my end.

I'll take a closer look at this as a bug rather than a signal issue. Thanks for letting me know.

Those that have had success with DMR, you're using quick scan correct?

I'm trying a conventional DMR channel but don't have decode, was curious what all has been observed by others.
I also have an mmdvm on the way to help with this as well.

Yes. I did have a few hits when I selecting the system then nearest site, however it just continously scans through all of the control channels without locking onto the active.

I'm not using DMR none available where I am at this time in a few days I will be back in the city, will test it out then. I am using p25 1 where I am at very little p25 2. The problem was when I use the site option. Thanks Chris
Not sure if you're question was for me.

Tried to monitor the below DMR trunked site and a little confused by what I was seeing in the log. First, I heard no voice, secondly I'm a little far from the site, but the green text in the log indicates it was identifying the system okay, but the blue text looks like it was trying to treat it as a P25p2 site. Maybe these screenshots will show you something.

I use quick scan for DMR, mostly because the systems usually say no control channels and sites are 8770km away.

I'll try again tomorrow so that I can report exactly what I'm seeing. Those two are what I remember.

I'm looking into setting up better options for conventional listening, I have a DMR radio now which will help and an MMDVM on the way.
I've updated the quick scan option so that you can enable/disable trunk following.
It seems to work for conventional where it didn't for me prior to disabling trunk following.

If anyone want's to test this test version out: app-release.apk
