POCSAG/PDW/SMTP

Hi all

Up to now I've been using a gmail email account and Google's SMTP for relaying pager messages from PDW. Recently Google has stopped allowing 3rd party software from availing of it's SMTP and therefore doesn't work anymore.

Any suggestions for a SMTP service I could use without a heap of signing up and jumping through hoops?

If you don't want to "sign up" for a service it sounds like you're looking for an open relay, which is not something I'd recommend.
There are free email services out there, but they all involve some level of signup to prevent you just using them for relaying spam.
I'm using "sendgrid" for my personal email server delivery. I works well and is free if you send less than 100 emails a day.

Can confirm still works. Just have to follow the directions in slicerwizards link and all is back to normal. Had this issue with TwoToneDetect
Made the change in the google account then all was good in the world
